Employees are largely trusted to get things done in their own time with no micromanaging — tons of flexibility and option to be fully remote. Say unlimited PTO and actually mean it.

Pros

Movable Ink is full of super smart and well networked experts. Amazing client roster.

Cons

For years, Movable Ink's core product was entirely unique. That is no longer the case, but they are working on it. Their main product can be replicated by most major ESPs for many major use cases. Movable Ink does have a new AI product that adds value to the market and stands to bring in significant revenue while being a second game changing product, but MI does face some risk of losing existing ARR and clients based on their core product being less useful as ESPs get more sophistocated.
