      Pros

      great pay great benefits unlimited PTO pretty flexible hours snacks galore lots of fun events, including team-building events wellness Wednesdays a women's group monthly program (you can opt-in) where an employee is matched with 3 other employees and the company pays for lunch -- such a great way to meet people on other teams on my team specifically, everyone's opinion is valued and you get to decide what you want to work on every week to a certain degree work is challenging but not impossible people are always willing to help or teach I'm really loving my time on the engineering team!

      Cons

      no 401K match (our new 401K is switching to Betterment, which is nice, but still no match)

      Pros

      Platform is amazing. I am so impressed with not just the technology but the people as well. Everyone is smart and really seems genuinely nice. Office space is gorgeous.

      Cons

      Not much to say that I would consider a "con". A lot of hiring going on which is great but hope the company continues to have that cool start up feel. I'm sure it will.

      Pros

      Working at Movable Ink is a wonderful experience, the people, the culture, the office and benefits are all top of the line. The platform is innovative and sells itself when you get it in front of the right people. The clientele consists of some of the largest enterprise brands in the world. There's tremendous growth potential if you put your head down and work and they provide you with all the tools you need to succeed here. 10/10 recommend. Unlimited PTO is real nice too :)

      there's traffic on the subway sometimes in the mornings ;)
