Leadership is constantly confused on what direction they want to go. They expect everyone to adjust on the fly and at demand.

Pros

- Travel to New York and other offices - Hybrid work environment - Leaning strongly into Artificial Intelligence - Good management in not accumulating tech debt vs constantly chasing business value.

Cons

not a huge deal but the budget for the office food/amenities should be more liberal.
