1,Excellent trainers who knows their stuff well 2,Easy to get into for freshers or someone who is looking for temporary job during core job hunts.

1,The job title may say network engineer but the actual role is technical support (kpo) in all the projects 2,Cab is available at cost Even for night shift 3, Most of the projects are in night shift and there are no night shift allowances, no free food, no free beverages except for bread and one 15rs jam for the entire bay, that too only for night shift workers 4, Toxic management and EL's/TL's 5, Pay is survivable especially for freshers 6, No standard hikes 7, depending on the project shift timing Will be rotational and offs will be rotational as well
