Multisport card + medical care + Life insurance + other benefits system Excellent atmosphere in the team and with the management. Nice place to start a career.

Cons

The change of CEO was not communicated internally. It involved curious budget restrictions related decisions, which were not communicated about and scared a major part of the employees (could have been avoided with better communication).
