      Pros

      Very good company for providing tech support to customers. Good salary if you become a associate director and above. Good place to learn various technologies. Very good lateral opportunities and get hired by multinationals.

      Cons

      New CEO is inexperienced. Very hands-off person. Does not get into details. All is new hires are also inexperienced. All from ex Infosys. Creating a bad culture. Many managers are planning to leave so I don't know where my career is headed
