      Pros

      Company deals with various technologies starting from BPO, Enterprise support, Infrastructure support and technical support. Opportunity for freshers to move between business units and learn wide range of skill sets by being in each business unit for minimum 2 years and growing within CSS. Work from home is also provided as an additional advantage for deserving employees, Technical and behavioral trainings added with online trainings which can be done from outside office as well. No big layoffs even in recession times hence job security is evident. Compensation revision done for top employees as per industry standards. Monthly events conducted for fun. Cricket world cup matches played in TV for entertainment. Onsite opportunity also available for L3 level employees for specific project requirements. Maternity benefits and extension provided to a great extend. Insurance for Self and Parents are available. Rewards on quarterly and Annual basis which happens in external auditorium for deserving employees. Certain clients provide client incentive and rewards as well.

      Cons

      Certain benefits like Night Shift allowance, Certification reimbursement can be revised as per market standards. Could look at providing other benefits which were earlier available like Team Lunch/Outing etc. Upper grade employees unit variable pay paid only incase business performs which is part of employees salary.

      1. 6th Day Pay for Weekend shift of 8 Hours 2. Management will understand your issues, if convey properly. However, you need to prove to be a team player and productive. 3. Job Security. 4. Can apply for different Projects within Juniper 5. Awards and rewards, need to remain focus to claim the same and count and advertise your efforts.

      Cons

      1. You need to know Tamil to get into "grapevine communication in an organization". 2. 2 Years Bond for nearly 2000-4000 US Dollars. 3. Night Shift Allowance in included in the CTC. 4. Expenses are part of TDS. 5. Night Shift Snacks and below standard. 6. Perks and privileges (NO). 7. Retention Bonus will be available after 12 months.
