      one can learn technology here but that will be small time only may be 3-4 months and then they fire you for no reason no reason at all

      management fires employees all the time they do that in every department whether it is RIMS or ETAS or CTAS they will fire you saying that they need to optimize resources they have 2 names slash support and css corp both same thing they will fire without even giving you notice period one day you come to office and then they say we do not need your services we are firing you this can happen any time without even intimating the employee do not join this company at all on top of that is you are a North Indian it will be a hell for you do not join this company at all

      Worked more than 2 years as full time employee. I it is outsourced company do have proper project . Higher management politics and decision are worst. if your are bench then your are in danger. you don't when they will fire your.
