      Good place to work,,,if you work there for two years as tech support engineer and if you have knowledge in networking, they will train you and place you in some other process as network specialist/engineer

      Training provided but not up to standard. Timeline and standard of MNC is maintained.

      Cons

      No transparency in communication right from hiring till exit. Mismatch of salary to work requirements. It was a hell lot of trouble. Poor methodology to assess individuals capability based on training alone. Misfit of work-personality. Poor support from superiors when required to handle important calls. Irresponsible support staff leading to poor customer satisfaction.
