      Pros

      Its been almost a year since i have been working with CSSCorp , Chennai. The thing i like most about this company is the excellent exposure you get working with various new technologies. Everyday has been a new learning experience for me.Work life is good with plenty emphasis on overall employee development. Senior management is fabulous.

      Not a great pay master.

      Though it is a high pressure environment, moderately a fair place to work. Process abiding employees at all level.

      Cons

      Management can be introspective and look for in house talent than looking for people from outside with grey hairs.
