      Manager, supervisor, team members and HR team are very friendly. Good work life balance. People are really nice, helping and supportive. Good career prospect for overall and self in this company.

      Less internal openings. No transfer to other place possible.

      Friendly atmosphere. Feel like home. Opportunity to learn new technologies.

      Cons

      IT infrastructure needs to be improved. Even they don't have MS outlook, they will go with Thunderbird or Outlook express. HR meeting need to be effective. They conduct meeting three months once but no outcome.
