      Pros

      Good work environment, infrastructure, culture, work - life balance. If you get a good project manager also then its a best place to work. Top management people (Above Directors or Divisional managers) are really very open, transparent about company's growth or performance and helpful.

      Cons

      HR is part & parcel of company politics. Salaray is not verymuch impressive but ok. Process group & quality processes are joke.
