You learn to handle pressure wherever you are later There was a sense of togetherness within the project - I see that at all prjects across CSS The Enterprise devision is a good place to learn
Cons
Work too much - they expect you to not take breaks Variable pay never reaches you HR is almost invisible Though I quit in 2008, friends there say its still the same.
