      Freedom As long as you are technical and work upto standards, you will be fine great learning mainly due to nature of job more like a gvt job in all respects both pros and cons

      Cons

      The more exp you have the less paid you get. New joinees in the team will draw more than people 2-3 years in the team. No value for talent. cost cutting is the only motto Very poor hikes not transparent in promotions and appraisal process
