      Unorganized, Unprepared Company Trying To Succeed

      Pros

      Innovative and driven company with great ideas, Highly trained trainers and Indian staff sent to Utah to help get project off of the ground. Very loyal and ambitious startup team.

      Cons

      Not good at transitioning to American culture and workers. Company suffered from poor execution and poor hiring of inadequate technical support agents, Site manager and recruiters. Essentially hired all of the recent rejects fired from worst call center in town for technical project. It did not work out well.
