      Remote work was accommodated but not many pros beyond that

      Cons

      It’s a place run by a lot of mediocre people who don’t actually have an idea of what good management is. They’ve lost a lot of clients after speaking with middle managers who have been there a long time.

      Easy projects and great work life balance opportunities.

      Cons

      Refuse to give raises just months after purchasing a new company. While paying is less and having us do more work and take on others job responsibilities.
