      Many projects from apple, work can be evenly distributed

      Cons

      The work culture was extremely negative and unsupportive, which ultimately led me to submit a voluntary resignation. There was a clear lack of guidance, collaboration, and encouragement from leadership and colleagues. Instead of fostering growth and teamwork, the environment felt discouraging and demotivating, making it difficult to perform effectively or feel valued as an employee.
