-They do not believe in work/life balance. -Expect to be on call. -High turnover among the senior leadership team for the last few years. -Terrible culture -They don't care about their employees -Benefits are horrible! -For all the work that you do, you only get 2 weeks of vacation, which also includes work. -Unstable work environment
