      It is work from home.

      Cons

      Company does not care about it's employees. The leadership allows clients to belittle, lie, and scream at agents. Dealerships do the same and there is nothing done at all. The leadership does not care how they treat the CSRs, the KPI's are unreachable and unrealistic, the bonuses are not reachable either. Not a good company to work for!

      Having spent 3 wonderful years at Movate and counting more, the one thing that I could think of is 1. Absence of 401K benefit - no employer contribution
