      Pros

      - I didn't believe that work life balance is possible especially in my position but that changed when I got here in CSS - Competitive salary package in all levels

      Cons

      - Support groups need to improve on how they operate and help operations (workforce, HR, payroll, finance, quality and training) - Payroll systems need to be reviewed (lots of pay disputes recently which impacts employee morale negatively) - Need a stronger foundation on coaching for team leaders and QA analyst
