Pros

Overall its a solid company and you can make a lot of money. Most of the managers are great

Cons

Some employees aren't held accountable if execs like them. One manager started dating someone who reported directly to her for months and nothing came of it when hr found out. That same manager yells at employees every week over small mistakes or questioning the rules that she makes up. Its a shame because the other managers are great but your experience can really depend on which manager you end up working for long term.

-Culture and people are great -Solid Commission opportunities -Management is solid

Cons

-Steep learning curve if you do not have phone sales experience -Sink or swim with your sales goals -100 question test to pass the training program- you have to get an 80 to pass or they fire you (way too much info to fully comprehend in 2 weeks) -some people work very long hours if they do not work efficiently
