There are many pros that I could list. - Great culture/environment - The management is not only made up of great people but also great leaders. - Pay is fair - There are many bonuses for doing well and grace for when mistakes happen. - The people that work there are truly amazing. - Room for growth in the company - Relaxed work environment This company is great to work for. You have to be willing to work hard. Some of the negative reviews seems to reflect the consequences of not following the processes the company has laid out and probably not working as hard as should be done. FOLLOW their processes and you WILL do well at Utility Concierge.

Cons

Not too many cons. - Newer company, so some things are still getting settled.
