Terrible! If you’re reading this, this is everything you need to know! All the positive reviews on here are bribed. I wondered this while applying here and they are. About 2 months after working here they ask you to review the job on all these sites in return for Awardco money. You don’t help out with utilities in the slightest. Not one bit. You will be selling security systems, internet, and cable.. it’s not what you think it is. They hire 15 with the hopes that 2 will stick. Pretty much everyone got fired in 2 months. If you don’t hit goal, you’re gone. They give all the leads to the best people and leave you taking the crap leads with the hopes you’ll move up. They talk about culture a lot but this company easily has the worst culture I’ve ever been around. Toxic. They only take care of the top tenured people and treat new people like trash. Don’t waste your time! I’m glad I’m out of there and wish I would have went a different direction to begin with.

Cons

Benefits are mediocre for the employee but adding dependents is too expensive and not covered. Upper management seems very kind but there is a lot of favoritism in play, and if you don’t fall in line they find ethically questionable ways to shuffle you out the door quickly.

Met some terrific people at Utility Concierge. Management cared about their employees and believed in the Core Values. Most of the great people left after a big change in management occured.

Cons

The company no longer adheres to the "Core Values"; i.e. transparent and honest communication. These "Core Values" are just a bunch of made up motto's that sound good to potential partners and/or investors/buyers. Management plays favorites, despite the fact that the favored employees are not doing their jobs. Company used to care about employees but now they only care about the bottom line and how the company looks to potential partners and/or investors/buyers. Do not recognize hard work.
