Pros

Utility Concierge has been a breath of fresh air since I joined in 2021. I came from a company that made you feel very siloed, so joining a company that felt close knit and was full of energy was a great change. From day one I felt very welcomed and quickly made connections within my first week. I don't regret becoming a part of UC and wish I would have found them sooner. As a growing company, it's nice to see how adaptable the company is based on your voice and recommendations.

Cons

None that I can think of

Pros

Good starting pay but it won’t last cause you’ll likely get fired after 2 months.

Cons

They will fire you and tell you it’s your fault. They will use you up in the rookie program then get rid of you once you made them plenty of money. Managers are not responsive half the day and hard to get ahold of. You’ll likely start in a class of 12-14 people and only one or two will keep their job after the first month. Never stop applying to other jobs if you plan on taking the job here. Because unless you are ruthless, you will not survive.

Pros

It isn’t possible for me to express my love for this company through a screen, but I’ll try my best! When I got hired at UC I thought “maybe this will be a super easy job that I can do remotely and not really try too hard or care that much for. Easy money.” However, through my interview, hiring, and actual work I fell in love with this company and the core values. I come from a long history of sales, specifically car sales. So I’m very accustomed to a hostile work environment, being talked down to, and overall just a place I wasn’t proud to promote or be part of. With UC I came in contact with some of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with and the most understanding by far. I have bragged and bragged about this company until people literally tell me to shut up, lol! The training by Jordan is some of the best you could ever have in your career life! The way he has built this class is BULLETPROOF. If you really apply yourself- you shouldn’t have any issues making the money you want. What YOU put in you will get back. Unfortunately, I did have to part with UC this week due to a very close family member falling ill. Throughout my time with UC my manager Kailey was more than understanding of my situation and honestly felt like a best friend more than a boss. She handles herself with class but knows when to shut off the boss aspect when you need to clear your mind or have a shoulder. I truly cannot wait to come back to UC when life allows and join all of the people I have become so fond of. Needless to say, if this company has given you an opportunity to join- do it. Take the leap and join a wonderful company that is there not just for you but also your family.

Cons

Really, there isn’t a single one I’ve experienced.
