Working in a fun, team-oriented environment. Management takes the time to hear your concerns and works very hard with you to give you great skills in the customer service industry. This job will help you in speaking to ANY time of customer, and make you very comfortable in public speaking. They are very sweet, accommodating people, and once you work with Moxie, you realize how great of a difference you truly make.
Cons
Training took me a while to grasp. I felt like I joined during a very busy time (Summer 2014) and had to ask a million questions to understand and develop into my role.
