      Pros

      Working in a fun, team-oriented environment. Management takes the time to hear your concerns and works very hard with you to give you great skills in the customer service industry. This job will help you in speaking to ANY time of customer, and make you very comfortable in public speaking. They are very sweet, accommodating people, and once you work with Moxie, you realize how great of a difference you truly make.

      Cons

      Training took me a while to grasp. I felt like I joined during a very busy time (Summer 2014) and had to ask a million questions to understand and develop into my role.

      Culture was always changing

      Pros

      There was a lot of excitement and made a lot of good friends. I was able to learn a lot, but mainly from co-workers.

      Cons

      Managers would micro manage constantly. Culture was about customers, then about money, then about cutting the fat. I saw the turnover of all of the employees except management. When I asked about getting an adequate increase in my pay, management told me that they would be having a bonus structure instead of my normal raise.

      Pros

      There is always work to do. Lots of work events, functions, games, and laughs.

      Cons

      There is virtually no company structure and double standards with management and staff. Office is very cool kids vs not cool kids. When you're "in" you get the perks. When you're "out" you have to watch your back for fear of being fired for something that the day before was okay.
