      Pros

      I love the people I work with. They are dedicated and hard working, I never imagined I would have fun and enjoy my work in the Pest Control industry.

      Cons

      Summer time is BUSY!!! There seems to be 15 hours of work to do and only 8 hours to do it. Not much time to breathe although time off is granted with enough notice (10 days).

      Pros

      Moxie has a really fun environment that allows for creativity, growth, and success. I love how involved everyone is in caring about the success of the company and its' customers. There are cool activities and they really know how to take care of people. Work load is large at times, but manageable. It is a company that helps you be a better person, not just a better employee. It's great to be able to contribute to something and know my opinions matter.

      Cons

      If you don't like to have fun, create happiness, or think outside the box to problem solve, this is not the place for you.
