      Pros

      The management is fantastic to work for. They are really there to make sure that you succeed. If you have a problem with customer service they role play to make sure you feel comfortable with all their customers. They give you all the tools to do your job well. Training is excellent.

      Cons

      Pay is not that great and the hours vary depending how much you want to earn. Minimum: 50 hours. Max: can be around 75. Then (at least in DC) the commute was terrible.

      Pros

      Great money. Great skills. They say your commission starts at 23% but if you negotiate it you can make it a lot higher.

      Cons

      Sometimes in the sales game you have to fight with management in order to help them see things your way. Not always the most understanding.
