Pros
I really love it here and i'm not just saying that! The cult is different but it fits me and my personality. The employees in the office are always nice. No fake, catty relationships. We all look out for each, which makes it feel like a family atmosphere. I really like that we put a huge emphasis on the employee. The management really believes that if we're happy then we'll take care of the customer and that is true. I have felt the opposite at some of call centers I have worked at.
Cons
It's hot in the office. I sweat a lot and probably need a fan right on me at all times.
