Leadership at the top level is a bit all over the place. Frequent reorgs, moving people around (to perhaps a group or position they don't want to be in without a say in the matter), lack of processes or policies to point to follow/point back to (everyone, including executives, looking for loopholes to get what they want, with no regard to how it affects other groups). Good people leaving every week.

Upper management seemed to be flailing about at every possible occasion. Strategic business objectives shifted, initiatives were launched, then quickly abandoned. It seemed as if no one was really steering the ship. There is ongoing confusion about how to recapture browser market share in the mobile era and the ancillary products and communications add up to a weakly brewed tea.
