Base salaries could be more competitive, Not much opportunity for growth if associate level or higher, competitive in terms of ladder climbing, often promotions are not based on concrete reasoning and same thing with terminations of employees, Product teams are not compelling and company deliverables to public customers are lacking which does not provide long-term confidence in market growth, Not very diverse in regards to demographics, Long hours for most employees (45+ hrs/wk), Company revenue highly dependent on browser search engine contracts which is declining in user base/market share. Not sustainable without desktop browser product.
