Terrible leadership: 1. currently being sued by several terminated employees, including for discrimination. 2. currently doing a rapid culture shift towards: lack of transparency and working in the open, not giving constructive feedback and not accepting feedback. 3. not caring about the mozilla community anymore, instead they talk about the AI community while doing a complete shift to work on AI and ads and changing the mozilla manifesto for this purpose, thus changing the values and the mission of the Mozilla Foundation. 4. fires people for made up reasons while deliberately not firing others although they mess up.

Mozilla seems to be in a phase marked by a lack of clear leadership and vision for the future. Layoffs began in February and, unfortunately, have continued, with more recent rounds affecting the team. Firefox has struggled for years due to limited distribution channels, and Mozilla's reliance on the Google deal has been crucial for its sustainability. The DOJ lawsuit outcome could pose a serious threat to its future. The new leadership appears to lack a clear plan, raising concerns about the organization's direction.
