Felt rushed to get jobs done leading to call backs from customers. Some days, “zero” billable hours.

Pay was good. The other CSR was great to work with.

Cons

The system for providing a quote was not well put together. They wanted you to use a website called homewyse, look up the job and double the price. Was a pain to do all while NOT calling the potential customer back, keep them on the phone and don't put them on hold.
