Cons
Pay is intermittent. They find reasons to deduct your pay. Each job isn't planned correctly. The owners were primarily care homes, then decided to go into maintenance which they knew very little about. Interview said some weekend work. They planned you in EVERY weekend. Some engineers knew nothing about maintenance. They would send people to do Electrical work who were not qualified. Massive high turnover of staff Member of the team hurt himself as he was on his own on a questionable job for weather conditions. He got no sick pay or compensation. I think it's still going through the court now. They never admit liability to anything or anyone.
