So much potential, So little care about customers and employees

Van, Gas card, and there used to be a great office staff but they all left and the new office team is no where near as good

Cons

Owner is a liar and a thief. she purposely makes how we are paid confusing and avoids speaking to you if you have any issues. She will lie right to your face and then blame it on a system glitch when finally cornered with facts. Even though she is the ONLY one that does payroll she puts off payroll questions to other management to avoid speaking to techs. Condescending, greedy and lazy. Only in it to make a a buck off the customers with zero regard for customer service or employee retention.

Pros

It's a great job and the satisfaction from being able to complete tasks for great clients is very fulfilling.

Cons

The pay leave something to be desired as was promised one number but received another number after being hired and told the number I wanted was unrealistic. And leaving long and slow winters to have to deal with
