Pros

There is always work to be done, it’s great for those of us that have worked in this industry for a long time or had a business and don’t want the technical side and just want the jobs, I get great benefits and treated very well. It’s the second mr handyman I’ve worked for and I wouldn’t recommend anything else for a handyman employer.

Cons

Can’t think of any cons really, I mean there’s probably something that could be changed but I can’t think of anything

Good pay. Better benefits than I've ever had before. Good management. Plenty of work.

Cons

I would have liked to go part-time and do side work, but they require a full-time committment. Still, it's good money and more consistent than working inpendently.

Mr. Handyman beats working for some of the small business owners out there as the franchise mother ship tends to keep the franchises steered in the direction that will keep them successful. Mr. Handyman is run in a professional manner and will continue to grow its business and gain more of the market share.

Cons

I have worked at Mr. Handyman for 6 years and have watched this franchise location grow from $700,000.00 in annual sales to $2,000,000.00 while my salary has remained the same with exception to commission. My workload, responsibilities and expectations have all increased and I have yet to get a review.
