Wish I had something positive to say.

Cons

Expect to work 24/7, even on vacation. High turn over in employees. Horrible communication between all departments. For profit only, they are not cannabis friendly.

Cons

Bad pay. You can make more anywhere else Upper management views you as disposable Middle management runs rampant Lack the communication skills needed for a large company They will expect the world from you but won't return the sentiment. The two owners(pat and mike) sadly dont know anything below upper management and because of that lots of employees get taken advantage of. The HR dept is in bed with middle management. They promote based on friendship not merit. Upper management is spread to thin.
