This particular position has a great salary on paper, but is actually unattainable unless you're a guiltless psychopath. You will be expected to pad your wallet by charging exorbitant rates to collect a modest commission. Your minimum wage rate base salary will be deducted from your commission earnings, so you get whatever is left. It's not much, unless you're a guiltless psychopath.
