Cons

Be prepared for Micro Management Be prepared to work 80 hour weeks Be prepared for low compensation and long term loyalty to achieve promotion. Be prepared to lose free time from 8 PM to 1 AM everyday. Be prepared to take on high amounts of stress. If you don't mind any of these, you'll do great!

Beliefs are very good, especially continuous learning. Company thrives towards upscaling its presence and works smartly to accomplish it

Cons

Definitely not a flat hierarchy despite what it claims. It needs to value its employees. Current promotions are perception based than performance based
