I am always surrounded with people of my age driven towards learning statistics, different analysis techniques, different tools, client communication, project management etc. which gives me the necessary environment and continuous push to learn more from the opportunity I am getting.

Cons

The bad thing is not everyone is lucky enough to work on proper data science projects.
