High burn, low pay, negligible work life balance

1. Rigid bond structure - new bond asks you to stay in the company for 4 years at a miniscule pay which is not worth at all 2. Non-existent middle management - due to the lack of middle management you'll see ridiculous decisions being relayed from the top; there's no thought leadership coming from your managers and eventually everything falls upon you 3. Zero employee benefits - little to no employee benefits (apart from insurance and cab facility), the management doesn't care about employee health 4. Long working hours - due to poor time management, Mu Sigma sets unreasonable and unrealistic expectations with the clients which leads to long working hours. As a result, the outcome is almost never achieved on the client side and you end up wasting your energy
