(1)Flexibility at work - does not have typical environment with hierarchy (2) Culture is amazing, young company and you can make lot of friends, looks like extended college campus (3) Lot of interesting areas - diverse fields - retail, airline, cpg, banking, finance, healthcare etc. (4) You can enroll for a number of courses within org on SAS, VBA, R, Stats, Cplex etc. and add skills

Cons

(1) Be prepared to say goodbye to your personal life. Slog, stretch, day night (2) They pay less compared to industry standards (3) Learn to be your boss. If not, then there are some inexperienced managers who do not know about their own career will misguide you (4) They keep shifting their office premise every other year - quite painful

Intelligent colleagues Direct business Exposure with client interaction Opportunity to work with business and provide them relevant solution Not very process oriented, that sometimes gives freedom to work

Cons

No work to life balance, if you are a married person, dont ever think of joining it. Lowest salary as compared to others, especially for people joining just after graduation. Very average salary for managers when compared across other players in industry. People with more than 3-4 years of work experience shouldnt join as its very difficult to adapt to its culture. Fresh MBA graduates should think twice before joining the company, ask your seniors before joining.
