      Pros

      Good coworkers willing to help each other, good products, good health benefits and 401K

      Cons

      Nearly all business units in Florence are trending negatively due to shifts in technology and consumer choices. US-based manufacturing is being shifted to new facility in MX. Upper management is nearly incompetent and hinders mid-level management and their support staff. Health benefits shrinking, not as good as they once were. Never saw James Sheehan in any facility outside of his celebratory, token appearance at King's Island company picnic.
