Flexible hours. Random Bonuses. Monthly or so free lunches. On site doctor's clinic. 6% 401(k) matching at 1 year.

Cons

Difficult to improve systems or processes. European management style. You'll be working Saturdays (no they won't tell you that in your interview). Dreary, dirty, depressing production floors. EH&S tries, but it is not management's priority.
