Health care is outstanding! The company as a whole appears to truly appreciate their employees.

Cons

The demand too much of employees. They could not keep a 2 shift crew and required 68-70 hours a week from 1st shift to compensate. Friendship and nepotism are prevalent in some warehouses reaching management.
