      Pros

      Management team and international coworkers are fully supportive of employee needs and abilities. Benefits are in line with similar offers in the area, and any desire to go above and beyond is rewarded by management and senior coworkers.

      Cons

      Human Resources is unable to support workers, and the lack of oversight of company policy can be harmful if you do not look out for yourself. Due to the independence of several positions, someone looking for rote work will be dissatisfied. Extensive travel is typically required to adequately perform job duties, as most customer and company interaction occurs off-site.

      Hasn't taken long to see the real Mubea

      Pros

      Flex hours. Made some really good friends. Not all management is bad to work for. Plenty of places close by to go for lunch. Germany has helped a great deal with questions.

      Cons

      Management is clueless. Major lack of direction. No clear communication. Just when you thought you knew what was being asked to preform either half way through or done you are told that is not what was expected. Leadership has no clue what actually goes on. SAP system is not fully utilized. Any recommended changes comes with a fight to get them implemented. Management doesn't take their training seriously. Not growth 0pportunity.

      Decent benefits, pretty easy work

      Cons

      Lazy coworkers, management sucks, pretty bias in there, no major advancements unless you kiss the upper management butt and buddy buddyvwith them, Union is a joke, no bonuses.
