      Pros

      Good pay, easy work.lots of hours.

      Cons

      Supervisors have favorites, easy to get fired. Work almost everyday so you have no life.

      Great people, had alot of ups and down in my time there, management constantly changing direction got really old.

      Pros

      Compensation was very good, with the freedom to basically do whatever process you wanted, you had that flexibility. If you were young, eager, they wanted you.

      Cons

      There was always some sort of giant change coming. Just when you got comfortable with how the place was running, or what we were working on, 6-9 months later, there would be some sort of huge process change or equipment move.
