Laid back environment. The bosses aren't breathing down your neck. Challenge jobs that keep work interesting.

Cons

Sometime the shop employees and office employees dont communicate with enough which cause some minor problems.

Friendly and positive colleague culture. Hourly employees were some of best I have ever worked with.

Cons

Negative and disassociated management culture with respect to subordinates. Notable lack of organization. Would take quite an effort to move to world class environment with respect to my type of work. Lack of support from management.
