Fast growing company in fast growing industry.

Cons

Workload was incredibly high and payments were not as good as in other companies of the same industry, which made other companies more competitive and thus have a better quality of workforce.

Pros

All the OT you want. Easy to catch on and learn new machines. Coworkers are helpful. Large shop, but surprisingly personal.

Cons

Being asked to work over your shift within the last hour before you leave. In the management defense though, they don't know how many people they need until they see what was produced on their shift. Also, the next shift may need help. I've worked 20 days in a row, but you get double time on Sundays if you worked all week, so they pay you well for the time.
