Work 12 hours you get 2 20 minute breaks..you work 8 hours you get 1 20 minute break...They want more and more..they care more about more product and look over good quality. They fire you and write you up. When they should know that 90% of problems are from bad machines and computers. Poor leadership and the big bosses and most supers are clueless of anything. If the leads and super likes you then you will have an easy day. If your not a favorite you get blank on. People are let skip on their jobs because friends or family are In charge. And safety In this place Is a joke...If a real safety place was to do a walkthrough mubea would be shut down. Pretty sure Mubea In english Is slave drivers. And now they have outlawed shorts when the building Is 100 degrees or more..that with only 1 break and nonstop work and alot of heavy lifting Is probably pretty unhealthy. They have no training. You have to sneak and learn things before your dragged somewhere else..again unless your a favorite then you learn fast.If your not buddys with upper people then your pretty much stuck In same position. Seniority means nothing....in all this place is a joke..ran by Nazis....they care nothing about employees. ..they only care about getting numbers...drop a spring bad paint...no problem..throw it back in production to get more out. But if a customer catches it...your wrote up or fired... they will also write you up if you need to hit the emergency stop...or have to stop the line for to long to get other things they require you to do caught up....so yea this place sucks...it becomes your life...work and sleep is all they give you time fore unless your managment or office .then you dont work weekend..but the useless production employees that make you all the money still work weekends... e
