Pros
✅ Work on very interesting projects ✅ Nice company culture, good people ✅ Leadership works closely with the employees. CEO even sits among the devs instead of a separate office. ✅ Break room has plenty of snacks, and every Friday company provides lunch. ✅ Good pay! 🔸 Company working towards IPO, but not really clear on progress towards that goal.
Cons
❌ No 401k match. 401k in general very new to company. ❌ Mixing code-bases among projects causing constant code breakage from updating dependencies ❌ Pre-IPO meaning stock options have no current value. ❌ Due to nature of work, remote work is rare. ❌ Work can sometimes extend beyond normal working hours to meet deadlines.
